Andhrapradesh Avatarana Utsavam at Chennai
The World Telugu Federation (WTF) cordially invites you to the “Andhra Pradesh Avatarana Utsavam” scheduled for Monday, November 1, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. This event will be held at the WTF Hall, Ankur Plaza, located at 113 G.N. Chetty Road, T. Nagar, Chennai-600 017. Dr. V.L. Indira Dutt, President of the World Telugu Federation, will preside over the program, while Sri G. Ranga Rao, MICA, IAS (Retd.), will serve as the Chief Guest. The introduction will be provided by Smt. Srilakshmi Mohan Rao, Secretary of WTF, and the vote of thanks will be given by Sri J.M. Naidu, Secretary General of WTF. All are invited to join this occasion.

Telugu New years day (Ugadi) at Chennai
The World Telugu Federation (WTF) is organizing a celebration for Telugu New Year’s Day (Ugadi) and the centenary of the International Year of Women on Sunday, March 28, 2010, at 5:00 PM, taking place at the Russian Cultural Centre Auditorium in Chennai. Smt. K. Sucharitha Reddy, Vice President of WTF, will preside over the event, which will feature Justice Elipe Dharma Rao, Hon’ble Judge of the High Court of Madras, as the Chief Guest. Guests of Honour will include Smt. Srilakshmi Prasad, IPS, Inspector General of Police (Technical Services), and Smt. Rajyalakshmi Sunkavalli, President of Andhra Mahila Sabha in Chennai and Hyderabad. The program will include the presentation of certificates to Telugu students, cultural performances, a Cine Sangeeta Vibhavari by Sri Ghantasala Ratna Kumar & Party, and a comedy act titled “Navvule Navvulu” by Munali Arts from Nellore, with High Tea served at 4:30 PM.
